Ray Washington III, known as Ray Sneakers, was born in 1995 in the French basilica of St Charles in Marseille. Legend has it that on December 29 grand-father Ray Washington I had made a pact with a mage who gave him the “sneaker power”. Since then, power is transmitted within Washington’s Dynasty.
